This shared love for moving water and the beautiful fish it holds is why we started Trout Town Outfitters. Nestled in Fannin County, Georgia near the town of Blue Ridge, we’re proud to call the Trout capitol of Georgia our home.
After spending years navigating rivers, working with guides and fishing around the country, we're here to offer something truly unique to the fishing community: self-guided drift boat and fishing raft rentals.
Why? Accessibility
Our company began with a simple question: How can we make fishing for Trout on the Toccoa River more accessible to more anglers while preserving the resource and its fish? The answer was clear—by providing high-quality, reliable drift boats or fishing rafts directly to those who share our love for fishing. Our goal is to empower experienced anglers by offering the tools they need to explore the water independently.
This is not a guide service, and it is not intended to be a replacements for guided trips. If this is your first time fishing the Toccoa or navigating a boat (or both), we HIGHLY recommend taking a trip or two down the river with one of the many awesome guiding services that exist on the water.

Our service is designed for those folks who have some know-how and experience, and who want to try their hand at self-guided fly fishing or spin fishing floats on the Toccoa’s tailwater.
